In my first instructional design project, as part of my first set of core classes, a team of four other students and I created a simple print instruction for the Instructional Technology office fax machine.

With the aid of another student, I decided how to illustrate each step in the process of sending and receiving faxes, printing reports, and cleaning the machine. I wrote a section of the text that appears in the manual, produced and edited the photographs, and formatted the photos in the existing design template created by another student. This project taught me more about how to effectively communicate in a group and more about project work flow.
